Colorado Guitarist with Style.

Beaver Creek and Vail Valley entertainer Roy Bloomfield

Originally from Miami (Florida), guitar slinger/song singer Roy Bloomfield spent several years in the Northern California music scene before All Mountain Sports - Service Worldwide including Vail and Beaver Creek moving to Boulder, Colorado in 1979, and finally Vail ten years later. Along the way he's played with the likes of Bo Diddley, Sam Moore, Gretchen Peters, and Subdudes John Magnie and Steve Amade. More commonly known for his lead guitar work with numerous bands around the state, Roy also jams acoustically in numerous duo configurations. Aside from fronting his own electric band "The Bar Nuns" since the mid 1990's, he excels as a solo entertainer, session guitarist, record producer and studio owner. Roy performs mainly at private parties and corporate events around Vail and Beaver Creek, but can be heard solo at the Marriott Resort, and with Phil Long most weekends at The Red Lion (both in Vail, Colorado).
